So what do we do now?
First off here is a list of the documents that you will need to have when you check-in at camp
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT CHECK IN:
-- Copy of Tour permit-on file with Local Council Service Center
-- Class 3 Medical Forms- (Youth and Adult) Signed by a licensed health care
professional within the past 12 months.
-- Parent Permission Form - Signed by scout’s parents or legal guardian
-- Talent Release Form (we can't take pictures without this form)
-- Complete Crew roster
-- High Country Gateway Planning Form (if applicable)
-- Payment Receipts (Full Payment is due 30 Days before arrival)
We also highly reccomend that you hold a meeting (or two) about going to camp. Make sure to include all campers and their parents so that everyone is involved in the planning and preparing of your adventure. You can use the program discriptions, maps, trail information and history of the camp to help your group understand how much fun you are going to have.
